The luck drop! March 20th, noon MST
🐞🌷✴️🌟🍀🌀

This idea has been flitting around in my head since New Year’s, but I wasn’t happy with the concept of making hats with traditional luck talismans. Instead, I decided to make beanies with things that I personally find lucky: ladybugs, peace signs, stars, blue birds, fish, butterflies, and rainbows. I know I just narrowly missed St. Patrick’s day with this drop, but I believe good luck can find you year round. I’m so excited to share a little bit of luck with you all!

P.S. I included a journal entry from a few months ago with a few more of my thoughts on luck. I would love to hear all of your perspectives/thoughts on it as well.🌟🌟🌟

I took my finished roomy raglan sweater on a trip to bryce canyon with some pals and had a lovely picnic and saw some sweetie birds and also had a nice solo date with some matcha and yarn and also taught my dear girls lily and ivie how to cyanotype 🍀🎥🌟🐞

not my usual content at all, but over the weekend I modeled for two of the coolest creatives ever so I just had to share!!

@leksikostur makes these insanely beautiful and ethereal bridal pieces out of seaweed. I don’t fully understand how she does it, but they are some of the most unique and stunning and delicate things I’ve ever seen.

@abbiephillipsphotographs is the mastermind and photographer behind this whole project. she’s so dedicated to her craft and so amazing behind the camera, I just love her to bits. the first four pictures were taken by her!!

this was a wonderful day and so fun to play dress up for such inspirational ladies 🧜‍♀️🦄🧚

crafting has looked very different for me lately, i’m trying my hardest to get out of my burn out and the best way I can think to do that is to let myself be creative as messily and spontaneously as I please! I MADE MY FIRST SWEATER!!!
this was such a labor of love 😣 i had to restart from scratch after realizing the sweater i was making was toddler sized, and then ran out of yarn before i could finish the sleeves. 😔BUT i jerry-rigged up some bell sleeves, and i couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! YAY! 🌺🌀🧶🍀💟
